Sections 253 to 269 shall be omitted.
In terms of MCA Notification no. S.O. 3453(E) dated 15 th November, 2016, section 255 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 was made effective. w.e.f. 15 th November, 2016
Section 255 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 provides that t he Companies Act, 2013 shall be amended in the manner specified in the Eleventh Schedule.
Eleventh Schedule provides that sections 253 to 269 shall be omitted.
Part II.�Voluntary winding up i.e. Sections 304 to 323 shall be omitted.
